Exclusive access to a dedicated Party Room with seating for up to 16 guests, and area for gifts and food & drink.
Your dedicated Party Room is equipped with a Nintendo Switch and 55” wall mounted TV with access to many games for up to 6 players.
Access to your Party Room 30 minutes before the start of your party for setup and decoration.
Each guest will receive a BOGO card valid Monday - Thursday.

The entire upstairs of Arctic Sun VR will be dedicated to your party with no other reservations taking place.
Up to 16 guests included (additional guests are $20/guest, 20 guest limit).
Includes (4) “Standing Premium Arcade VR Stations”, each with access to over 75 different games and experiences.
Each attendee will get one round of play in Arctic Sun VR’s 400 square foot Free-Roam Arena featuring Hero Zone VR, 4-6 Players at a time! The guest of honor will be able to play each round with their friends.
Dedicated Party Room with seating for up to 16 guests, and area for gifts and food & drink.
Your dedicated Party Room is equipped with a Nintendo Switch and a 55” wall mounted TV with access to many games for up to 6 players.

Currently, Arctic Sun VR does not have any food or drinks for sale at the arcade, but we welcome and encourage guests hosting parties at Arctic Sun VR to bring any refreshments that they would like to enjoy during their party. Arctic Sun VR has a fridge and freeze on hand and we are more than happy to hold any items for your event that need to remain cold or frozen.

Most of the party packages at Arctic Sun VR are exclusive bookings, meaning there will be no other reservations taking place during your party booking. This includes both the “Exclusive Premium Arcade VR Party Packages” as well as any of the “Exclusive All-Access Party Packages” are private parties. The “Premium Arcade VR Party Packages” are not private parties.

Yes, we encourage guests to bring party favors, decorations, or other items that they would like to make their event perfect. We do have a glitter policy (no glitter) and we do not allow anything that would pucture or remove paint from the walls of the arcade. Arctic Sun VR does have tape and other adhesives for guests to use to decorate for their party.

Party Hosts can have access to the party room 15 minutes prior to the start of their party time to set up any decorations or other preperations for their event.

We recommend party bookings be made as far in advance as possible. Most of our party reservations take place on the weekends, which are the busiest days of the week at Arctic Sun VR. Because most of our party and event booking options are exclusive, guests will be unable to make a party or event booking if there is any other reservation already booked during the time that they would like to hold their party or event. Due to this, we recommend making all party and event reservations as far in advance as possible.

Yes! Each party and event booking comes with a dedicated staff member to host your event. Your party host will ensure that your party/event goes off without a hitch and that everyone has an amazing experience. Party Hosts can make recomndations on the perfect game or epxerince for your group, help guests in and out of VR, assist with starting multiplayer matches, and generaly facilitate a party expereince that your group will be talking about for weeks to come.

The number of players that can play in the "Other VR Escape Experiences" varies from experience to experience, but all of the Other Escape Experiences can have at least 4 players. Some can be played with up to 6 players, and a few can host 8 players at the same time. Be sure to check out the individual experiences to determine the number of players for that experience.

Both of Arctic Sun VR's party rooms host a Nintendo Switch gaming console connected to a TV/projector. The games that Arctic Sun VR has available for guests on the Nintendo Switches are constantly being added to. Arctic Sun VR has a variety of party games on the Switch that are great for groups to enjoy together, including such favorites as Super Smash Brothers, Mario Party Superstars, Mario Kart, and others. We are constantly adding new gameing options for the Switch as well.
